Reviews and Ratings
What an incredible surprise! I was upgraded to the most luxurious suite ever, making my stay unforgettable. The rooms, although a bit on the small side and dimly lit when the curtains are closed, still provided a cozy atmosphere with a hint of simplicity. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only wonderful but also excelled in multiple tasks. The location was absolutely incredible, just perfect for ski in and ski out with outstanding food options nearby. The dining experience, although finishing slightly early at 10:00 am, was decent in quality, and an early service for event participants added a thoughtful touch. However, the shabushabu could use some improvement. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's amazing location right on the pistes in Alpe d'Huez, ideal for ski in ski out convenience with delicious food. The rooms, although on the smaller side and needing some upgrades, provided a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, with multitasking staff who were extremely helpful. The dining experience had its highs and lows, finishing slightly early at times, yet adjusting for special events like the cycling event we attended. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvements.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. While the rooms could use some lighting and upgrading and were a bit small with limited space for bags, the unexpected upgrade to the luxurious suite made my stay extra special. However, the rooms felt a little dim when the curtains were closed. The service was excellent with staff willing to help with multiple tasks, making my experience enjoyable. The location was absolutely incredible, right by the slopes, perfect for ski-in, ski-out access, and the food was brilliant. The dining options could require some improvements as they felt more 2-3 stars in quality. Overall, a beautiful place to stay in Alpe d'Huez.
I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the most luxurious suite ever, although some lighting and upgrades are needed. The coffee/tea provided in the room was a nice touch.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location right on the pistes, with lovely staff and easy ski in ski out access. The rooms are like family, a bit small and dimly lit, but the surprise upgrade to the most luxury suite ever made my stay unforgettable. The service was excellent and extremely helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.
