What an incredible surprise! I was upgraded to the most luxurious suite ever, making my stay unforgettable. The rooms, although a bit on the small side and dimly lit when the curtains are closed, still provided a cozy atmosphere with a hint of simplicity. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only wonderful but also excelled in multiple tasks. The location was absolutely incredible, just perfect for ski in and ski out with outstanding food options nearby. The dining experience, although finishing slightly early at 10:00 am, was decent in quality, and an early service for event participants added a thoughtful touch. However, the shabushabu could use some improvement. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's amazing location right on the pistes in Alpe d'Huez, ideal for ski in ski out convenience with delicious food. The dining experience had its highs and lows, finishing slightly early at times, yet adjusting for special events like the cycling event we attended.
